
Hey There
My love of movement and fitness started in a ballet class when I was 9 years old. Through dance I loved challenging myself mentally and physically. In 2024, I graduated from BYU with a Bachelors Degree in Dance with emphasis in Anatomy, Kinesiology and more. Prior to that, in 2022 I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor and personal trainer and pursue both group and 1:1 training.

Training at Burn Boot Camp, Alloy Personal Training, and VASA as a Studio Red Coach, I gained an extensive training background in functional, dynamic and athletic movement. Barbells, kettlebells, TRX bands, bodyweight movements– no matter where you're at or what you have, I can work with you. You're never too old, too weak, or too different to get stronger, better and more powerful.
If I am not working out in the gym, you can find me singing, watching Korean Dramas, eating frozen yogurt or sushi, reading, hiking, or spending time with my husband or family. The strength and transformation that happens both internally and externally from physical activity is life changing! I am passionate about health and can’t wait to get started on YOUR journey!
